A hex nipple is a pipe having male threading of BSP or NPT, other threading used in connecting pipeing with elbows with unions thus providing excellent flexibility in pipe assembly and extension of pipeing. A reducing Hex nipple has one side 3/8” Threading and other side 1/8” Threading thus it provides most important change i.e reduction in connection size there by enhancing connectivity and desired reduction in line size and is very important fitment for instrument industry where regular reduction in line sizes is required.
